Credit Cards & Debit Cards
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Go through the checkout process, and enter your credit card information as requested. We require PayPal as payment for all orders. Your card is charged at the time of purchase. You will receive an email confirming the fulfillment and shipment of your order. We only accept debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo. This transaction will be processed just like a credit card. You will not be required to enter your PIN number. All refunds will be credited back to the card used for purchase and processed by PayPal.
You can pay by PayPal as a guest – without a PayPal account – for no additional charge. We require PayPal as payment for all orders. To make a purchase using PayPal, select PayPal as your payment method. You will find this payment method on the shopping cart page. The PayPal login button is listed below the "Secure Checkout" button. To log into your PayPal account, click the “Check out with PayPal” button. This will take you directly to Paypal.com where you will enter your billing, shipping and payment information. Once you are logged in, you will be directed back to the shopping cart page on our site to confirm your order. Customer credit card information shared with PayPal is never released to us or kept on file.
Occasionally we encounter backorders. If you order an item that is temporarily unavailable from the manufacturer, you will receive an email notice about your backorder. We will be happy to recommend an alternative style or refund your purchase.

As DLS Audio, we are required by state law to charge sales tax on all applicable orders in CA.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client", “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", “Ourselves”, “We” and "Us", refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing English Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees within the company on a need to know basis only use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. Parliament has created specific offences for unauthorised actions against computer systems and data. We will investigate any such actions with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible.
We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 and as such, any information concerning the Client and their respective Client Records may be passed to third parties. However, Client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other than [our manufacturer/supplier(s) and] if legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities. Clients have the right to request sight of, and copies of any and all Client Records we keep, on the proviso that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. Clients are requested to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision of our services. Where appropriate, we shall issue Client’s with appropriate written information, handouts or copies of records as part of an agreed contract, for the benefit of both parties.
Returns and Warranty
DLS Audio US Inc. will support DLS Products with replacement parts and technical support.
Return policy allowed to a buyer to return products with an 21 days from day of purchase
In case of return for credit/refund all items must to be returned in original packaging, include all parts and accessories.
Open boxes will be charged a 15% restocking fee, missing parts will be charged.
We will credit for the item only without the shipping charges.
$15 - $45.00 (Shipping cost plus handling fee) based on item will be charged for all free shipping items in case of return.
Please be sure to include your name with your return to expedite the process.
All returns/exchanges once returned will be processed in 3-5 business days.
Once we receive your return item please allow us up to 3-5 business days to process your refund.
If returned items are not in like-new condition, then DLS Audio US Inc. will charge a restocking fee.
Items not in like-new condition include, but are not limited to:
Missing original item packaging, installed items, abused or physically damaged items, missing parts, damaged due to improper return shipping, with a different serial number or missing serial numbers.
